Biography

Franklin was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1982 and received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2004, 2006, and 2009 respectively.

Franklin’s hobbies include backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, and anything else that will get him as far away from his desk as possible on the weekends.
