Biography
Deb (surname formerly Strick, and now Rivera) builds radio frequency coils for 7-Tesla-MRI at the Max Planck Institute for Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Her research interests include, but are not limited to, magnetic resonance hardware development for neuroscience and oncology. She studied Neuroscience, physics, and photography as an Albert Gallatin Scholar at New York University. Through the Neuroengineering Training Program UCLA, she earned her Masters in Science in 2006, and her doctorate in 2009.
